Cancelling Contract: Cancelling the service during the contract period will result in the customer being required to pay out the remainder of the contract

Changing of Speed: The changing of your ADSL speed, either up or down, will incur a charge of $40.00

Monthly fee - $4.00

Unlimited Dialup Account
Truely unlimited dialup account for a monthly fee of only $5.00 if you join on any of these adsl plans

Payment Methods
Optraweb can accept the following methods of payment for the above ADSL plans:

• Creditcard
• Direct Debit (you must download, complete this form and fax or mail before your application will be submitted)

The following billing cycle dates apply to ADSL accounts:

Installation Fee: will be debited to your nominated credit card when Telstra advise us of a connection date for your service. After receiving acceptance of this debit we will dispatch you a modem, if you have ordered one, and your account name and password.

Monthly Access Charge: When we receive notification from Telstra of the service connection date we will debit your nominated credit card with pro rata charge plus the full access charge for the next complete month.

Monthly Access Charge: (Subsequent Months) will be debited on or about the 1st (first) of each month after the first full month of installation until the contract is terminated. The billing cycle after the first pro-rata month will ALWAYS be from the 1st of each subsequent month to the last of each subsequent month.

Irrespective of which day of the month your usage of the ADSL service commences the billing cycle for all charges (after the initial pro rata charge) will be one calendar month beginning on the 1st of the month.

PABX Systems: Please be aware that ADSL will NOT work if running through a PABX system.

Modems: Modems may be purchased without joining any adsl plan. The modems available individually are :

• Billion 7300 - 4 Port Modem, Ethernet Connection - $79.00 (includes 1 line filter and postage)
• Billion 7300G - 4 Port wireless Modem, Ethernet Connection - $119.00 (includes 1 line filter and postage)
• Billion 7401VGP - ADSL2+ 3 port Modem, 3 ports, wireless, firewall, QoS, VoIP SIP x 1, FXS x 1, lifeline - $179.00 (includes 1 line filter and postage)
• Additional Line Filters for $14.95 each
• Central Filter for $35.00

Delivery time: maximum 2 working days for metropolitans of Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Perth, Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Alice Spring. Maximum 3 working days for major regional centers (including but not limited to Bendigo, Albury, Rockhampton, Katherine, Mt Gambier, Kalgoolie, all locations in Tasmania). Maximum 5 working days for all country areas.

Each adsl account is also provided with up to 100 email addresses and 100 mbytes of web space.

• Webspace comes with cpanel access. Cpanel allows you access to the following features.
• Webspace url will be in the form http://username.optraweb.com.au (or http://www.optraweb.com.au/username)
• All email addresses can be created in the cpanel and will be created under your own subdomain (username@subdomain.optraweb.com.au, where subdomain is the above username).
• Webspace comes with 500mb of monthly transfer. Excess above this amount is charged at $0.03 per mb.
