"Page cannot be displayed" error message is displayed when I try to view web pages.

Please find the outcome below:

  1. Increased download times, disconnections and browsing problems may occur if you are using a firewall. Temporarily disable the firewall, restart the computer and try downloading your email again. If you are able to download without any problems, your firewall may be configured incorrectly. Consult your local computer specialist for more assistance. The page you are trying to view may be offline. Try other web pages to see if any can be viewed. Confirm the browser settings for your Operating System are correct. Refer to the Browser Troubleshooting user guides for step by step instructions. Confirm the Microsoft Windows settings are correct.
    1. Follow the menu path Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network Connections.
Highlight the ISP provider and then right click. Select Properties, click the Networking Tab and tick the TCP/IP check box.
    2. Select Properties and select both the Server assigned IP address and Server assigned name server addresses radio buttons.
Click OK. Note: Do not manually select the IP address, or the DNS server name address, as it will be different for each session. Clear the computer cache. Right click on the Internet Explorer icon and select properties. Click the General tab and select Temporary internet files. Click Delete all files and click Delete all Cookies.
  2. Confirm you do not have connection settings for multiple Internet Service Providers as they affect your current settings. Delete unnecessary settings then reboot your computer.
