OptraWeb reserves the right to conduct statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the OptraWeb web site and to provide advertisers with information such as the number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising banners. OptraWeb will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third parties. At the user's request, OptraWeb will: (a) allow a user to decline receiving further electronic advertising from OptraWeb at any time; (b) provide a user with reasonable access to his or her information that is in OptraWeb's records; and (c) use reasonable efforts to allow such user to update/correct personal information which the user states is incorrect to the extent such updating/correction will not compromise OptraWeb's privacy or security interests, subject to the understanding that it may be impossible to completely delete a user's information without some residual information being stored because of backups.
Any submissions to discussion areas or other public areas on the OptraWeb web site are accepted with the understanding that they are accessible to all third parties. If a user does not want his or her comments to be viewed by third parties, the user is advised not to make any submissions.
